Our car window design, producing, testing are executed strictly according to the domestic relevant industry standards, the products are widely used and verified in the domestic various passenger car models .
Basic performance requirements of car window
Rain proof performance: rain test, should not appear leakage phenomenon.
Air-tightness performance: meet the overall vehicle air tightness requirements.
Water tightness performance: if the rain amount to 3L/ (M2 - min) , seepage pressure difference of ΔP≥350Pa
Resisting wind-pressure performance: deformation pressure difference P1≥3KPa
Safety pressure difference P3≥3.5KPa.
Insulation reformance: heat transfer coefficient K≤3.5W/(m².K)
Sound insulation performance: weighting sound insulation Rw≥25Db
Durability :movable window is open and close testing after 20000 times of total excursion , weighing mechanism or turnover mechanism should not invalidate , the main body of the car window is not deformed, not desoldering.
Mechanical strength: windows, fixed parts and all parts should resist with the UIC566-1990 which stipulated following acceleration level corresponding inertia load : longitudinal =5g; lateral =3g; vertical =3g (including the effect of gravity), the acceleration loads can not cause any permanent deformation of the fixed part.
Related standards:
Car windows with aluminum alloy material should be consistent with the stipulation of GB/T5237.2 ,mechanical performance should be not less than 6063T5, the film quality of anodized section bar should be not less than the AA15 class. Powder coating quality shall confirm to stipulation of GB/T5237.4 .
The glass of car windows should be in accordance with the provisions of GB18045
The seal of the windows shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG/T3088
The window with spring material should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5218
Flame retardant property of non-metallic material should be in accordance with the provisions of TB/T3138-2006 .
Evvironmental requirement of non-metallic material should be in accordance with the provision of TB/T3139-2006
Stainless steel should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1220,the performance should be not less than 1Cr18Ni9.
Above standards can also adopt equivalent standards of other countries.
