Control Valve MAC

Control Valve MAC is the key part of air brake system, to control brake system to generate inflation, braking, ease and other functions

• The pressure of brake cylinder:reduced pressure 25psi,brake cylinder of 48~52psi
• Release time:brake cylinder pressure release from 50psi to 5psi for 21~25s
• Emergency brake :the pressure of brake cylinder is 12~18psi within 1.5s ;to reach 90% of the max pressure within 8~10s,which must be 15~20% more than the common full braking .

Type 150A Air Control Valve

The functions of type 150 air control valve are consistent with 120,but plunger valve replace the slide valve ,structure is more reliable, maintenance is more convenient.

KZF-1 empty/loaded changeover valve

According to the load state of the vehicle to provide two kinds of pressure of controlling signals to the MAC distributing value. one is "empty",the other is "loaded ".

Retainer valve

Holding the valve hand to rotate through the pressure, the retainer valve has three different function positions to control the pressure exhaust velocity of the brake cylinder during releasing .

• HP(High pressure holding position):about 33~43s from 60 psi to 40 psi
• SD(slow exhaust position):about 17~22s from 60psi to 40 psi.
